Incident / Accident Investigation

Within a mature organisational safety culture, many incident/occurrence reports are generated. Operators, Training Organisations, Maintenance Organisations, Aerodromes and Air Navigations Service Providers are mandated by European regulations to investigate these events. The quality and effective output of these investigations is fully dependant on the competence and skill-set of the investigators.
